1. Purpose of the Service

Bosanski Spoj is a culturally focused matchmaking service created to facilitate intentional, respectful introductions between individuals of Bosnian heritage who are seeking meaningful, long-term relationships (s namjerom).

Bosanski Spoj is not a dating app, does not provide relationship counseling, and does not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. We facilitate introductions—not results.

Participation may be offered free of charge or as part of optional paid services as the platform evolves.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Bosanski Spoj, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be legally permitted to enter into a relationship

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information

  • Participate with genuine intent and respectful conduct

Bosanski Spoj reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue participation at its discretion if participation appears dishonest, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the service.

3. Privacy, Anonymity, and Profiles

Privacy and discretion are central to Bosanski Spoj.

  • Profiles remain private and anonymous

  • Identifying information is not shared without mutual interest

  • Information is used solely for matchmaking purposes

  • We do not sell or publicly display personal data

Once an introduction is made with mutual interest, any further communication or interaction occurs independently between participants.

4. User Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully

  • Respect boundaries, consent, and privacy

  • Refrain from harassment, pressure, manipulation, or inappropriate behavior

Bosanski Spoj maintains zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal without notice.

5. No Guarantees

Bosanski Spoj does not guarantee:

  • Matches or introductions

  • Frequency or timing of connections

  • Relationship success, partnership, or marriage

Human connection is personal and complex. We provide opportunities—not assurances.

6. Fees and Payments

Bosanski Spoj is currently offered free of charge.

In the future, Bosanski Spoj may introduce optional paid features, services, or membership tiers. If fees are introduced:

  • Pricing will be clearly disclosed in advance

  • Participation in paid features will be optional

  • No user will be charged without explicit consent

If a paid service begins, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. International Participation

Bosanski Spoj welcomes participants from outside the United States.

By participating, international users acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is operated from the United States

  • Communications, data handling, and disputes are governed by U.S. and Michigan law

  • Local laws or cultural norms may differ, and participation is voluntary

8. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:

  • All interactions occur at your own discretion

  • Bosanski Spoj is not responsible for the actions, representations, or behavior of participants

  • You assume all risks associated with communication, introductions, and meetings

Participants are encouraged to exercise personal judgment, caution, and safety when engaging with others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bosanski Spoj shall not be liable for:

  • Emotional distress or disappointment

  • Misrepresentation by participants

  • Relationship outcomes

  • Personal, financial, or indirect damages

Our role is limited to facilitating introductions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, language, and materials associated with Bosanski Spoj are the intellectual property of Bosanski Spoj and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Termination and Modifications

Bosanski Spoj reserves the right to:

  • Modify, pause, or discontinue services

  • Update these Terms & Conditions as needed

  • Remove participants for violations of these terms

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
